Thank you for shopping at JG Sculpture. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
United Kingdom (UK): Consumers have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date received, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Conditions for Return:
Product condition- The item must be like new in order to return.
Refunds:
Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received the returned item.
Post-inspection, you will be promptly notified regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
